Join our savvy Boot Camp instructors as they lead you through challenging drills that will take your fitness to new levels.

Bootcamp Details

When

  • Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm - 7pm
  • Each group is 6 weeks for a total of 12 sessions
  • 1st session May 7 - June 18 (no class May 21)
  • 2nd Session June 25 - Aug 8 (no class July 2, Aug 6)
  • 3rd Session August 13- Sept 24 (no class Sept 3)
  • 4th Session Oct 1- Nov 12 (530pm start time due to daylight hours) (no class Oct 8)

Where: Outdoor within close proximity to the club

Who: Members and non members

What: Progressive class format suitable for all fitness levels
