Bootcamp Details
When
- Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm - 7pm
- Each group is 6 weeks for a total of 12 sessions
- 1st session May 7 - June 18 (no class May
21)
- 2nd Session June 25 - Aug 8 (no class July 2,
Aug 6)
- 3rd Session August 13- Sept 24 (no class Sept
3)
- 4th Session Oct 1- Nov 12 (530pm start time
due to daylight hours) (no class Oct 8)

What: Progressive class format suitable for all
fitness levels
